Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

ArtKwadrat Studio is a dance and movement studio located in Gdynia, Poland.
We offer group classes, competition training, and individual lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.

The studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Any changes will be communicated to students or parents.

2. Class Types & Pricing

ArtKwadrat Studio offers:

• Single-entry classes (entry passes)

• Monthly memberships

• Competition & performance group training

• Individual (private) lessons

Current pricing is available on the Pricing page of our website and at the studio.

Prices are listed in Polish złoty (PLN).

3. Payments

• Payments must be made in advance, no later than the 10th day of each month.

• Monthly membership fees are fixed for the selected class frequency.

• Failure to make payment on time may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is completed.

• No refunds are provided for paid classes or memberships.

4. Monthly Membership Rules

• Monthly memberships apply to the current season (September–June).

• The selected number of classes per month (e.g. 4, 8, or 12) is guaranteed during the season.

• Membership pricing already accounts for holidays and planned breaks.

• The more classes included, the lower the price per individual lesson.

5. Single Classes (Entry Passes)

• Single-entry passes allow participation in individual group classes or private lessons.

• Single classes can also be used as a first visit before committing to a monthly membership.

• Entry passes are subject to availability in the selected group.

6. Attendance, Cancellations & Make-Up Classes

• Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, no later than the evening before the scheduled class.

• Missed classes can be made up only for justified reasons.

• Make-up classes must be completed within the same calendar month.

• A maximum of one class may be transferred to the following month.

• Cancellations made on the day of the class are not eligible for make-up.

7. Classes Cancelled by the Studio

• Classes may be cancelled by the studio due to illness, accidents, technical issues, or force majeure.

• Any class cancelled by the studio will be rescheduled.

• Students will not lose paid classes due to studio-side cancellations.

8. Competition & Performance Groups

• Competition groups require regular attendance and commitment.

• Placement in competition groups may require evaluation by the teacher.

• Additional rehearsals, events, or performances may be scheduled as part of competition preparation.

• Separate pricing applies to competition groups.

9. Safety & Responsibility

• Students participate in classes at their own responsibility.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for informing the studio of any health conditions or injuries.

• ArtKwadrat Studio prioritises safe and age-appropriate teaching methods.

• The studio is not responsible for personal items brought to classes.

​

10. Termination of Membership

• Membership may be cancelled after the first trial month.

• After the trial month, a one-month notice period applies.

• The agreement may continue into the next season if conditions remain unchanged.

11. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during classes, events, or performances for promotional purposes.

• Parents must inform the studio if they do not consent to the use of images featuring their child.

• Media is used respectfully and only in relation to the studio’s activities.

12. Studio Rules & Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers and other participants.

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class.

• The studio reserves the right to refuse service in cases of repeated rule violations.
